Sandbox Symphony

Sandbox Symphony is a unique and inclusive space for accessible art that aims to promote community building through arts activation. Our overarching goal is to eliminate the barriers of institutional walls and foster an environment that welcomes everyone to participate in the arts. Since it's inception in 2016, it has featured healing music, live and interactive arts activation, local craft and wellness vendors, and healthy food options.

Event Coordinator 2016 & 2017

TWTW Productions acted as the event coordinator for the inaugural Sandbox Symphony in 2016 as well as the following 2nd year edition in 2017. This included working with vendors sponsors, programming featured art activations, securing rental equipment, providing client service to sponsors and partners, setting up the event grounds, striking the space after the event.

Vendor Management 2022 & 2023

After returning to Chicago in 2022, TWTW Productions resumed their work with The Beat Bank to coordinate vendor involvement for the Sandbox Symphony. This included securing vendor involvement, coordinating arrival and set up, managing payments of vendor fees, and clearing event grounds at the conclusion of the event.
